PURE NATURALS Gourmet Cookies
When we
started baking and selling our cookies back in
1985, our philosophy was pretty simple: use only
the highest quality ingredients, including really
BIG chunks of chocolate, nuts or other good things
necessary for truly premium cookies...and never
use added preservatives.
By 1995, we were selling nationwide and we learned
there were some people who would eat only ALL NATURAL
ingredients. Clearly, these people had a right to our
delicious cookies, too. So we duplicated our original
recipes, this time using only unprocessed ingredients
such as evaporated cane juice instead of refined sugar,
butter instead of margarine, all-natural chocolate,
etc. The result: a truly delicious natural
cookie.
